Pain Society of Alberta urges government to introduce pain strategy to improve outcomes and reduce costs

The purpose of Pain Awareness Week Press conference and public education session is to gather community members, elected officials, pain health professionals and pain patients to announce pain awareness week, to invite the public to Share Someones Pain and to draw attention to the needs of Albertans living with chronic pain. The PSA will also release their new Alberta Pain Strategy
